Key Responsibilities
  • A comprehensive assessment of patients to identify their individual needs and develop personalized care plans.
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to implement effective interventions and provide ongoing support to patients throughout their hospitalization.
  • Develop and lead educational programs and activities that promote patient engagement and empowerment.
  • Supervise and mentor Behavioural Health Technicians to ensure they receive the necessary guidance and support to deliver excellent care.
Requirements
  • Degree in Nursing (Bachelor's or Master's) from an accredited institution.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in an acute psychiatric setting.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure in stressful situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
