As a Caregiving Specialist at Vibrant Assisted Living, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to individuals with developmental disabilities. With a strong focus on independence and community integration, we are seeking compassionate and dedicated professionals to join our team.

Job Summary: Provide direct care to residents in their residence or in a DAY PROGRAM setting. Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Administer medications as prescribed by medical professionals
  • Accompany residents to community social activities and outings
  • Transport residents to appointments and errands
  • Prepare and serve meals
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for residents

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; one year of experience working with developmental disabilities preferred
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality record essential

Compensation and Benefits:
