Caregiver Specialist

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a compassionate and patient Caregiver Specialist to join our team at New Hope & Horizons Inc. In this role, you will enhance the quality of life for seniors and individuals with disabilities by providing personalized support services.
Responsibilities:- Assist clients with daily living activities, including hygiene needs, dressing, and mobility assistance.
- Prepare nutritious meals and snacks to meet individual dietary requirements.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and comfortable environment.
- Dispense medication according to prescribed instructions.
- Provide companionship and engage in activities that promote mental and emotional well-being.
- Accompany clients on errands and shopping trips.
- Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or similar role is highly preferred.
- First aid and CPR certification is mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of household chores and cooking skills is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Able to lift heavy objects safely.
- Compassionate, respectful, and ethical behavior is expected.
