Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Program Analyst to join our team at Guidehouse. As a Senior Program Analyst, you will be responsible for providing executive-level support, special studies, strategic planning, and analytical support to our clients. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide executive-level support to our clients, including special studies, strategic planning, and analytical support.
  • Develop and implement solutions that meet our clients' needs, including data collection, process research, requirements/capability development and analysis, database management, planning, policy development, oversight, governance, and assessment.
  • Work closely with our team to develop and implement solutions that meet our clients' needs.
  • Provide primary interface with client management personnel and coordinate all parties to tasks.
  • Perform quality assurance reviews of project deliverables and activities for completeness, quality, and adherence to presentations.
  • Lead client meetings and provide expert-level support to our clients.
Requirements
  • An ACTIVE and CURRENT SECRET federal security clearance.
  • Bachelor's of Science or Bachelor's of Arts degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in one of the following fields: Computer Sciences, Cybersecurity, Information Technology Management, Data Science, or Operations Research.
  • THREE (3) or more years of direct full-time work experience in two or more of the EIGHT (8) (ISC)² security domains (CBK) and recent development, implementation, and/or support of Cyber Security solutions and identifying performance risk OR in capability definition and operation Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance systems and/or unmanned systems.
  • FIVE (5) years or more of overall experience (Active/ Guard/Reserve Duty, United States Government (USG) Civilian, or Defense Contractor) with at least TWO (2) years of service at a high-level Office of the Secretary of Defense or equivalent, Joint Staff, Combatant Command, Military Department or Service, Agency or Intel Community (IC) Staff in programs, projects, and initiatives such as NGEN, NETMOD, DCC, Cloud Computing, Enterprise Software Licensing, DRSN, BCO, Telephony, Joint Information Environment, etc.
