About the Role

  • Construct doors to meet customer specifications, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Set up and operate machinery and equipment to specifications, maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Transport raw materials and finished products to and from machinery, equipment, and storage areas, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing waste.
  • Load and unload inventory as needed, maintaining accurate records and adhering to inventory management procedures.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve production goals, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret product and raw material specifications, ensuring accurate construction and meeting customer requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations, adhering to OSHA guidelines and promoting a culture of safety within the team.
  • Train, assign, and oversee the work of others, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Work closely with the location manager and sales team to promote and describe fabrication processes to customers, building strong relationships and driving sales growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of raw materials and finished goods inventory, materials order replenishment, and product pricing, ensuring data integrity and supporting business decisions.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • Ability to understand and communicate safety and work-related instructions.
  • Alertness and adaptability to warehouse routines, with a strong focus on safety and quality.
