Job Title: RN Intensive Care

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our ICU team. As an RN in our ICU, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care to critically ill patients, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans, and promoting a culture of safety and excellence.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Monitor and manage patient conditions, including vital signs, lab results, and medication administration.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements:
  • Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
  • CPR (Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation) certification within 3 months of hire.
  • Completion of a nursing program diploma or Associates Degree in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing.
