We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Operating Room team at Piedmont Newton Hospital. As an OR Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our hospital.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in the Operating Room, including pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care.
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient surgical procedures.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical advancements and technologies to provide evidence-based care.
- Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNLC Multistate License.
- BLS certification required.
- One year of nursing experience in a hospital setting preferred.
- Bachelors degree preferred.
- Advanced certification in field of specialty, if applicable.
