Registered Nurse, OR Circulator, Piedmont Newton

Piedmont Newton Hospital is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Operating Room (OR) team as an OR Circulator. In this critical role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our ORs, providing exceptional patient care, and collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to deliver outstanding outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and facilitate the OR workflow, ensuring seamless transitions between cases and phases of care.
- Provide high-quality patient care, including preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative support.
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues, fostering a culture of empathy and respect.
