Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Billing Specialist to join our dedicated team at Presbyterian Villages of Michigan. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in managing billing and payment processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance while providing exceptional service to residents and their families.

About the Role

In this full-time position, you will be responsible for processing and verifying invoices and billing data, handling accounts receivable, and communicating with residents, families, and insurance companies. You will also maintain organized records and ensure accuracy in all aspects of your work.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in billing, preferably in Medicare, Medicaid, and Third Party billing
  • Proficiency with computers and office software
  • Reliability, attention to detail, and self-motivation
  • High school diploma or equivalent
