Key responsibilities include maintaining the calibration integrity of emissions testing instruments and operating test cell systems effectively.

Work Schedule: Flexibility is essential, with a minimum requirement of 40 hours per week, including potential Saturday shifts and overtime. The position requires adaptability to a two-shift operation, with hours from 6 AM to 3 PM and/or 3 PM to 12 AM (with a mandatory evening shift for part of the year).

Physical Requirements: The role may involve driving vehicles on a dynamometer, necessitating specialized training. Candidates should be prepared for a mix of desk work and field testing, with occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling of weights up to 100 pounds.

Experience and Education: A background of 1-3 years in the automotive sector is preferred, along with a High School Diploma.

Essential Skills:

  • Proficient in operating both manual and automatic vehicles
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Highly organized with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
  • Recent experience in the automotive field
  • Solid command of the English language

  • Familiarity with emissions testing protocols
  • Formal training in customer service
  • Extensive diagnostic experience with Volkswagen and/or Audi, including the use of VAS testers
  • Proficiency in German and/or Spanish
  • Advanced skills in all Microsoft Office applications
