As an Asset Protection Associate, you will be responsible for creating a premium customer service experience, using sound judgment to analyze situations, and communicating any potential company loss to the manager on duty.
Key Responsibilities- Create a positive and engaging store environment that delivers exceptional customer service
- Analyze situations and use sound judgment to determine the best course of action
- Communicate any potential company loss to the manager on duty in a timely and professional manner
- Follow company procedures for store security and asset protection
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in asset protection or a related field preferred
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
