About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Schenectady Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our skilled nursing facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and record vital information from new residents, including health details and medication administration.
  • Administer medications and injections as needed, and treat wounds and bedsores.
  • Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and assist residents with personal hygiene and daily activities.
  • Monitor residents' food and liquid intake and output, and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Valid NY State LPN license and good standing with the State Registry.
  • Ability to work effectively as a team member and provide excellent patient care.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $28.00 - $30.00, with an additional $0.75 shift differential for evening and night shifts. We also offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus and a range of benefits and perks to support your career and well-being.
