  • Utilize two-way communication devices to maintain contact with Store Detectives and respond to security incidents in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and submit prompt and complete reports relative to all theft incidents, audits, and other security-related matters.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and law enforcement.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
