Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Housekeeping and Guest Experience Specialist to join our team at Grouse Mountain Lodge in Whitefish, MT. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guest rooms and common areas are clean, safe, and welcoming. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will contribute to our goal of providing world-class hospitality.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in all guest rooms and public areas
  • Provide exceptional guest service by responding to their needs and concerns in a prompt and friendly manner
  • Clean and sanitize all areas of the lodge, including bathrooms, bedrooms, and public spaces
  • Participate in daily meetings to discuss guest feedback and suggestions
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and enhance the guest experience
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of housekeeping experience or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
