We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our team at Grouse Mountain Lodge. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for providing exceptional cleaning and sanitizing services to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is nothing short of amazing.

About the Job:

This is an incredible opportunity to work in a beautiful location surrounded by nature, with opportunities to explore and see amazing scenery and wildlife in and around Glacier National Park.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and sanitize rooms, common areas, bathrooms, beds, desks, kitchenettes, floors, and surfaces thoroughly and on time.
  • Ensure staff spaces are clean and sanitized.
  • Keep records of potential safety and maintenance issues and communicate details to supervisor.
  • Assist with set up of rooms for special events, meetings, conferences, and banquets.
  • Offer assistance to guests and teammates where needed.

Requirements:
  • A strong work ethic and commitment to the team and guest.
  • Housekeeping experience preferred but not required – we are happy to train and provide ongoing support.
  • The ability to work solo and as part of a team, adapting to changing situations and priorities.
  • A commitment to Safety First and highest quality of cleaning & sanitizing standards.
  • An organized individual with a great eye for detail, ensuring every aspect of the job is completed to a high standard.
