Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Oversee business operations with a focus on safety and vehicle management.

  • Manage profit and loss statements and annual budgets.
  • Implement a systematic approach to hiring and training.
  • Conduct client assessments for Moving and Junk Removal services as required.
  • Coordinate staff schedules efficiently.
  • Enhance team member awareness of the company mission and vision, measured by achieving team goals.
  • Oversee franchise operations to meet revenue and profitability objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with Franchise Partners to develop and refine new systems and processes.
  • Occasionally participate in junk removal and moving services while supervising a team of truck members. Physical strength and fitness are essential.
  • Lead employee training in areas such as sales, logistics, operations, marketing, customer service, profitability, and safety.
  • Attend ongoing learning and training sessions.
  • Generate and analyze operational reports to inform decision-making.
  • Implement monthly marketing strategies.
  • Motivate and manage daily operations of moving and junk hauling services.
Qualifications

Required Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in managing a service-oriented operation is preferred.
  • Experience in Sales, Marketing, and Operations/Systems Management.
  • Confident and proactive communicator, capable of maintaining positive relationships with clients and team members.
  • Highly reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
  • Safety and liability conscious.
  • Excellent multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels.
  • Experience in construction and familiarity with basic power tools is preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and expanding industry.
Preferred Experience:
  • 3 years' experience managing operations in a junk removal or moving company.
