Job Description

We're seeking an Event Logistics Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will be responsible for delivering high-end rental equipment to top event venues and festivals, working closely with colleagues to ensure seamless execution of logistics plans.

About the Role

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that requires strong organizational and communication skills. You will work closely with our experienced staff to deliver top-notch results, ensuring timely completion of projects and maintaining a high level of quality control.

Responsibilities

* Load and transport rental equipment to event sites, utilizing Box Trucks (22-26 ft) and following company policies
* Collaborate with colleagues to coordinate logistics, manage schedules, and allocate resources efficiently
* Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring satisfaction and building strong relationships

Eligibility

* High school diploma or equivalent required
* 6+ months of non-CDL/CDL experience preferred
* Valid driver's license and clean MVR essential
* Ability to lift 60 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
