AEG Job Title - Catering Sales Assistant:
As a Catering Sales Assistant at AEG, you will be part of a dynamic team that delivers exceptional catering services for various events. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in developing quality leads to ensure the growth of catering sales. You will work closely with our Catering Sales Manager and Catering Manager to coordinate catering sales and event planning efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
* Initiate and develop quality leads to drive catering sales growth
* Assist in booking, selling, planning, and coordinating all catered events
* Maintain excellent customer service standards to build strong relationships with clients
* Develop and maintain accurate records of client interactions and event details
* Collaborate with the Catering Sales Manager and Catering Manager to achieve sales targets

Requirements:
* Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year College or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Preference is given to those with catered events experience. * Basic computer proficiency: Gmail, Excel, Word, Outlook * Ability to work a variable schedule (including evenings and weekends, as required), depending on the event and business requirements. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment

Salary and Benefits:
This role offers an hourly wage of $20 to $24 and is eligible for tips/gratuity when assisting during catering/banquet events. Full-time roles also include benefits such as Health, Dental and Vision insurance, 401(k) savings plan, 401(k) matching, and paid time off (vacation days, sick days, and holidays).
