We offer a variety of housing and social service programs to individuals, families, and communities across ten counties in Southwest Florida.

We are currently seeking a full-time Licensed Bilingual Psychotherapist to serve clients in the Lee County area who have been identified as Human Trafficking survivors.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide trauma-informed care
  • Provide substance use disorder-informed care
  • Work with individuals, couples, families, and children
  • Timely reporting of client care via an online data management system
  • Ensure timely completion of all documentation as required by funder and/or supervisor
  • Other therapeutic duties as assigned

Candidate must hold a valid Florida license in any of the following: Mental Health Counseling/ Marriage and Family Therapy/ Clinical Social Work.

3 to 5 years of clinical experience post-licensure are preferred.

Experience in trauma-informed care with populations struggling with substance use disorders, couples, and families, as well as children is required.

Ability to give and receive professional-level clinical feedback to grow and strengthen work with our population and with the team is essential.

Willingness to work outside of professional comfort zones, with supervision, with client populations that the candidate may not have a deep history of working with prior to hire is required.
