About the Role

The Associate Communications Manager role serves as a conduit to a network of leaders and internal partners, helping to develop and deploy communication strategies and tactics that align with our brand and culture.

  • We are seeking a communications strategist to build associate understanding of business goals and strategies through two-way communication programs.
  • The ideal candidate will develop message frameworks and communication approaches to support business agendas and specific, high-profile initiatives.
  • They will create measurement strategies to monitor associate understanding and attitudes, and identify and address gaps.
Responsibilities
  • As a strategic counselor, you will provide message hierarchies to internal partners and serve as a change catalyst for business priorities with various associate audiences.
  • You will develop and deploy communication strategies and tactics to align with business goals and culture.
Requirements
  • 5-8 years of experience in internal communications, including speechwriting, presentation development, and crisis communications.
  • Experience in engaging associates in and communicating about health and wellness benefits is a plus.
  • You will embody and role model company values, helping to shape and support a healthy, brand-right culture.
  • Strategic thinking and exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Demonstrated ability in coaching leaders and partners regarding all aspects of communication and associate engagement.
