Dexian, a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex systems and infrastructure solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Configure, monitor, and maintain VMware and Windows environments to ensure optimal performance and availability.
- Develop and implement advanced Active Directory tools and technologies to enhance security and efficiency.
- Manage and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including virtual machines, storage, and networking components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement infrastructure solutions that meet business requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our infrastructure remains cutting-edge.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in systems administration, infrastructure design, and implementation.
- Proficiency in VMware vCenter, NSX, and Windows administration.
- Strong knowledge of networking, storage, and virtualization technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
