Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures and ensure optimal building performance.
  • Schedule and prioritize work orders to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
  • Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems, as well as other building systems.
  • Communicate effectively with tenants, visitors, and colleagues to resolve issues and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of maintenance experience in a similar role.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
