About the Role

You will be responsible for strategy, coaching, and execution, partnering closely with Executive Directors, Regional Operations, and corporate teams to drive results. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Driving occupancy and move-in growth to meet or exceed targets.
  • Analyzing market trends and adjusting pricing strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Ensuring CRM proficiency and training teams to optimize sales processes.
  • Leading sales training efforts and developing best practices for team success.

Additionally, you will support, mentor, and coach Directors of Sales and Sales Coordinators to improve conversion rates, motivate teams through positive leadership and accountability, and evaluate talent, assist with hiring decisions, and ensure onboarding success.
