Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with a diverse team of engineers, construction managers, and architects to create innovative structural designs.
- Apply advanced problem-solving techniques and expertise in structural design to navigate challenges and realize unique architectural concepts.
- Work alongside skilled builders and artisans, ensuring excellence throughout the design and construction phases.
- Act as a representative of the organization during client meetings and industry events.
- Provide mentorship and technical training to junior engineers, fostering their professional growth.
- Exhibit strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Degree in Structural or Architectural Engineering from an ABET accredited institution.
- Possession of a Colorado PE or SE license, or the ability to obtain licensure within six months of employment.
- 4-8 years of experience in design across various building types.
- Expertise in structural design using materials such as wood, steel, concrete, and masonry.
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving project demands.
- Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship, both now and in the future.
- Experience with Revit Structures.
- Familiarity with RAM and/or RISA analysis software.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Medical coverage with approximately 80% of family policy costs covered by KL&A.

Salary: $90,000 – $102,000 Annually
Bonuses are discretionary and not guaranteed.
