About the Role:
We are a non-profit, physician-led organization in search of a dedicated and empathetic Ophthalmologist to join our healthcare team. This role offers a supportive and collaborative work atmosphere while providing extensive medical and surgical eye care services. Our recent expansion, which includes a 5-clinic specialty eye care practice, presents an excellent opportunity for professional growth with enhanced access to resources.
Work Schedule:
- Operating hours are Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm
- Clinical responsibilities consist of 2 to 2.5 days and 2 surgical days each week
- Quickly build your practice in a high-volume environment within 4 to 6 months
- On-call schedule is 1:11, telephonic only
Practice Highlights:
- Recent upgrades have been implemented across all facilities
- Each location is equipped with 2 Operating Rooms
- Support staff includes skilled ophthalmic and diagnostic technicians
Compensation & Benefits:
- Guaranteed salary for 2 years ranging from $405,000 to $525,000, depending on experience, with additional bonus opportunities
- Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available
- 34 days of paid time off in addition to federal holidays
- Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, long-term disability, continuing medical education, and malpractice coverage with tail
