Medical Support Specialist

Anesthesia Techs needed to provide 26 weeks of coverage at a leading healthcare provider in Massachusetts. This Acute Care hospital prioritizes delivering high-quality healthcare services and continuously seeks ways to improve.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Setting up for the day, including during turn-over of cases in main OR, GI, OB, Radiology, and Cath lab areas, across all service lines, including open heart and Robotics.
• Troubleshooting equipment during cases and setting up before cases.
• Assisting Anesthesia providers during intubation as needed and responding to any block procedures in Pre-op.
• Responding to concerns in Pre/Post Op from Anesthesia.
Requirements:
• Willingness to work 6:00 am to 2:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with no call shifts.
• Proficiency with Dräger machines, with knowledge of troubleshooting this brand being beneficial.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience working as an anesthesia tech in acute care and trauma settings.
• Certification as an anesthesia tech.
Estimated Salary: $85,000 per annum, based on national averages and location.
