Job Summary

We are seeking a Nighttime Support Specialist to join our team in providing direct support to people with psychiatric conditions in a residential setting. The successful candidate will work together with the people we serve, their families, friends, employers, and other support staff to foster independence and improve quality of life.

This role involves administering medication under the Medication Administration Plan (MAP), implementing treatment plans, and assisting individuals with activities of daily living while ensuring the safety and cleanliness of the program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer medication according to the MAP
  • Implement treatment plans to promote independence and well-being
  • Assist individuals with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience working in a human services setting, preferably in a residential setting
  • The ability to pass a CORI check, driving record check, and multi-state background check
  • Ability to become CPR and First Aid certified within two weeks of hire and MAP certified within 150 days of hire

Estimated Salary: $44,000 - $56,000 per year
