Job Overview

We are a small, but growing medical case management consulting group, Superior Case Management, LLC, dedicated to empowering clients with the necessary resources and support for proper medical treatment after a motor vehicle accident.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing clerical support, developing and maintaining confidential electronic and hard copy files, answering and directing phone calls, and following up with providers and clients in a timely manner.

You will also maintain contact and provider lists, produce and distribute correspondence, member medical records letters, faxes, and forms, and write letters and emails on behalf of staff. Additionally, you will handle sensitive information in a confidential manner, take accurate notes at meetings, create documents using Microsoft Office and QuickBooks, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent organizational skills, great verbal and written communication skills, and excellent time management skills. You should also be able to work independently without needing close supervision and have experience with billing auto insurance and commercial health insurances.

You will need to type 45-50 words per minute and be comfortable driving short distances when needed. Familiarity with Delphi medical software is also required. If you are a detail-oriented, organized individual with strong administrative skills, we encourage you to apply for this opportunity.
