Behavioral Support Specialist

Owen Health Care is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team in Vauxhall, NJ. As a Behavioral Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality behavioral support services to youth in need.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analyses to develop personalized plans to address problem behaviors effectively.
- Define target behaviors and design data collection systems to ensure accurate measurement and progress tracking.
- Train staff members in implementing Functional Behavior Assessments and Behavior Support Plans.
- Record FBA and BSP for all cases on electronic health records (CYBER) on a quarterly basis.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in healthcare/social service field.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) licensure in the State of NJ.
- At least 2-3 years of management and/or supervisory experience.
- At least 2-3 years of experience working with children with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities.
- Proficient skills in completing comprehensive Functional Assessments and Behavior Support Plans (BSP).
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- People management skills and the ability to network and manage a team.
