POSITION: TEAM SUPERVISOR (RITTENHOUSE)

As a Team Supervisor, you will work closely with the General Managers and Assistant General Managers to manage shifts and guide team members. This role involves providing essential support on the ground to ensure that retail operations, baking production, and cleanliness standards are upheld. You will also assist with various tasks within the bakery, including inventory management and the daily opening and closing procedures. The ideal candidate possesses strong problem-solving skills and has a talent for inspiring and coaching staff.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee team members and maintain an active presence on the floor, stepping in to assist the team as challenges arise or during peak times; you will be responsible for fostering a positive and proactive atmosphere during each shift.
- Mentor and develop team members, identifying areas for improvement and nurturing high-potential individuals.
- Assist bakery management with administrative and financial responsibilities as required.
- Exemplify outstanding customer service, maintain comprehensive product knowledge (including allergen details), and support order fulfillment.
- Operate efficiently and accurately while ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, and/or food and beverage is essential.
- A valid Food Handler's/Food Protection License is mandatory.
- A genuine passion for your work - you enjoy motivating and leading a team and excel in dynamic environments.
- Flexibility and adaptability - you understand that the food industry is unpredictable and can calmly address issues as they arise.
- Attention to detail - you can seamlessly transition between operational tasks and real-time coaching without compromising quality.

Availability:
Full-time; must have open availability; weekend shifts are required.

Compensation:
  • $21 - $24.25/hr
  • 15% Bonus
