Responsibilities and Requirements

Oversee the daily functions of the environmental services and linen departments, managing staff schedules, employee relations, and quality control. Additional responsibilities may include supply ordering and addressing patient needs as they arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure sufficient staffing levels.
  • Engage in staff recruitment and management activities.
  • Maintain acceptable turnover rates.
  • Facilitate orientation, training, and continuous education.
  • Monitor productivity and adherence to budgetary constraints.
  • Guarantee customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in commercial cleaning, ideally within a healthcare setting.
  • Previous supervisory experience is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
