Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and commission BMS control systems, including wiring, programming, and calibrating essential components.
  • Integrate BMS with various building systems such as HVAC, lighting, and security to ensure seamless operation.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to BMS controls, providing timely support to minimize downtime.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance on BMS systems to enhance reliability and efficiency.
  • Develop and adjust control programs tailored to specific project needs, including user interface configuration and alarm setup.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide technical assistance, including training for facility staff.
  • Maintain detailed records of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Follow all safety protocols and regulations during fieldwork to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree in Electronics, HVAC, or a related discipline; or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience with BMS or building automation systems.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, electrical controls, and networking principles.
  • Familiarity with BMS platforms such as Tridium, Siemens, Johnson Controls, or Honeywell.
  • Experience with programming languages relevant to BMS, including BACnet, Modbus, or LON.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various job sites as needed.
