Bartending Professional

Job Summary

The Tap Room is seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving drinks, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take food and beverage orders, utilize salesmanship techniques, and make appropriate recommendations.
• Input orders into the POS system correctly and quickly.
• Ask for ID anytime serving alcohol to guests.
• Maintain full knowledge of our menu, beer list, house cocktails, wine, and liquor.
• Ensure prompt service for bar guests, along with service bar.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the bar.
• Have knowledge of proper pours and use of glassware.
• Adhere to state, federal, and company liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.
• Ensure ability to properly read state-issued identification.

Requirements:

• Must be able to work holidays and have availability to work varied shifts.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for long periods.
• TIPS certification required.

Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
