Bartender Job Description

The Tap Room is looking for a professional Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing cash and credit transactions, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest needs promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the bar area and surrounding areas.
• Stay up-to-date on knowledge of beers, wines, and liquors.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old and able to obtain any necessary certifications or licenses.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for long periods.
• Previous experience as a Bartender preferred but not required.

Estimated Salary: $42,000 - $62,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
