Job Summary:

Orange Hill Restaurant is seeking a skilled Banquet Bartender to join our team. As a Banquet Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mix and serve a wide range of cocktails and beverages to guests.
  • Stock and maintain an adequate supply of bar supplies, including liquor, mixes, and garnishes.
  • Operate a Point of Sale (POS) system to process transactions and manage cash handling.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest needs and ensuring total guest satisfaction.
  • Participate in and pass alcohol awareness and safety training classes.

Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to clearly and effectively communicate English.
  • Ability to pass bar training and validation process.

Working Conditions:

This is a medium work position that requires exerting approximately 30 pounds several times per shift. The position also requires walking and standing during a 6-8 hour shift.

Education/Experience:

High school diploma or better. 1 year experience in a similar role required.
