Oral Health Professional

We are seeking an Associate Dentist to join our team at the Ultimate Dental Group in Richmond. This is a full-time position that requires a motivated individual with a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
The estimated annual salary for this role is $150,000-$200,000 based on industry standards and the level of experience required.
About the Role:
- Perform dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning for patients
- Deliver comprehensive dental care services, including fillings, extractions, and root canals
- Educate patients on oral health and hygiene practices
- Collaborate with a team of dental professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using Eaglesoft digital dental software
Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Dentist with a DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
- Valid Virginia dental license
- Valid Virginia DEA (if applicable)
- Experience working with Eaglesoft digital dental software (desired but not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
