The University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) is seeking a highly qualified individual to join its esteemed faculty in the Department of Medicine, Division of Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism. Responsibilities
  • Teach and mentor students, residents, and fellows in endocrinology and metabolism
  • Conduct clinical and laboratory-based research in diabetes, metabolism, and endocrinology
  • Provide high-quality patient care in the Division's clinical services
  • Participate in departmental and institutional service activities
Requirements
  • MD or PhD degree
  • Board certification or eligibility in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism or relevant subspecialty
  • Licensed or license eligible by the Alabama Board of Medical Examiners
