Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our Home Health team at Adventist HealthCare. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial examinations and evaluations to establish patient diagnoses, prognoses, and plans of care.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address patient needs and goals.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Supervise and direct the activities of rehab aides, office assistants, and volunteers as needed.
  • Manage schedules and caseloads to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • 1 year of home health experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license with agency insurance requirements.
  • Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Active Maryland License.
