Marketing Director

At Della Infotech, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Marketing to lead our Consumer Marketing Central Ops Global team. As a key member of our marketing leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a high-performing team to deliver against objectives across tentpole retail moments, integrated marketing campaigns, DEI marketing, and evergreen marketing strategy related to music releases and e-commerce stores.
- Measure and analyze objectives and KPIs for projects and overall team, providing insights to inform marketing decisions.
- Work with marketing managers to develop content strategy to meet objectives for each individual campaign, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Stay up-to-date with evolving content trends to increase conversion and campaign success, adapting strategies as needed.
- Develop and adapt influencer marketing strategies and processes as the program evolves, providing oversight and direction on cross-category gift card marketing plans.
- Manage the effectiveness of cross-team collaboration and adapt processes as needed, ensuring seamless communication and execution.
- Onboard agencies/vendors as needed, problem-solving and escalating roadblocks to ensure project success.
- Encourage team camaraderie and relationship building through activities and team-building opportunities, fostering a positive and inclusive team culture.
- 8-10 years of experience in a similar role, with experience in the music and/or entertainment industry a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience managing direct reports, with a proven track record of leading and guiding high-performing teams.
- Ability to provide marketing managers with guidance on the development of their marketing plans and the knowledge base to know what's next as they navigate cross-functional work.
- Experience with e-commerce storefronts and D2C marketing, as well as managing agency partners and budget management.
- Ability to deliver and produce results on tight timelines, with a deep understanding of content strategy and the ability to use content to drive conversions.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a strong analytical mindset and ability to leverage analytics to drive business performance.
- Relationship building skills, with a solution-oriented approach and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
BS/BA in Marketing or similar field, with an MBA a plus.
Schedule Notes:Full-time position, 40 hours per week, with a regular schedule of 8 hours per day.
