Multifamily Revenue Strategist

About the Role:
SitusAMC is a leading provider of real estate solutions, and we are seeking a highly skilled Director of Revenue Management to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth across our multifamily portfolio, leveraging your expertise in revenue management strategies and market analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement revenue optimization strategies to improve revenue and operations across the portfolio.
- Collaborate with internal asset management teams and external property management staff to drive revenue growth.
- Perform portfolio analyses and present findings to key stakeholders, including the head of residential investment management.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and legislative changes to inform revenue management strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years of experience in multifamily property management or related industry.
- Strong analytical background and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working directly with institutional real estate ownership groups and JV partners.
- Experience mentoring or training others.
What We Offer:
SitusAMC offers a competitive salary range of $140,000.00 - $185,000.00, as well as a discretionary bonus program and comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance, and 401K.
