Food Service Assistant

The Food Service Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of food service to our residents. This position is responsible for monitoring and recording the proper temperature of food, setting up and maintaining a clean and sanitized serving area, preparing and serving food items, restocking food areas, cleaning and sanitizing equipment, and receiving payment for food and beverages using a computerized register.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent customer service skills, be able to work independently when necessary, and have a strong understanding of food safety and sanitation processes. Previous customer service experience, retail counting, and reconciliation of money are preferred. On-the-job training will be provided.
