1. **Component Preparation:** Prepare parts by cutting and shaping components using both manual and automated tools.

2. **Assembly Insertion:** Accurately insert components into printed circuit boards.

3. **Testing Procedures:** Conduct electrical tests on individual components and completed assemblies to ensure operational integrity.

4. **Mechanical Assembly:** Perform electro-mechanical assembly of modules utilizing hand tools such as cutters and pliers.

5. **Soldering Tasks:** Execute hand soldering of assemblies to secure connections.

6. **Welding Techniques:** Apply resistance welding techniques for assembly bonding.

7. **Cleaning Protocols:** Clean components and finished products using Isopropyl alcohol to maintain quality standards.

8. **Marking Assemblies:** Utilize a laser marker to label finished assemblies appropriately.

9. **Additional Duties:** Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisors to support production goals.

10. **Safety and Quality Compliance:** Adhere to all safety, quality, and housekeeping standards within the work environment.

Qualifications:

1. **Education:** High School diploma or G.E.D. is required.

2. **Experience:** A minimum of 1 year of experience in board stuffing and/or soldering is preferred.

Required Skills:

1. Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.

2. Prior experience in electronic assembly and hand soldering.

3. Ability to read and interpret diagrams and work instructions in English.

4. Proficient in following both written and verbal instructions, with effective communication skills in English.
