Senior Hydrologist and Project Manager

Harrison Consulting Solutions, a multi-state design firm based in Denver, Colorado, seeks an experienced Senior Civil/Geotechnical Engineer to lead their dam projects team.
**Job Summary:** We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Civil/Geotechnical Engineer with strong project management and technical leadership experience in water resources projects. The successful candidate will provide technical expertise and guidance to the team, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet or exceed industry standards.
**Responsibilities:
- Lead technical teams on water resources projects, including dam safety inspections, investigations, evaluations, designs, and construction
- Develop and review engineering reports, calculations, drawings, and specifications
- Conduct senior-level reviews of construction documents and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver tailored solutions
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and technical expertise to drive business development and growth
**Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from an ABET-accredited program
- 12+ years of experience in hydrology, hydraulics, geotechnical, and/or structural engineering
- PE License
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects within budget and timelines
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Familiarity with state and federal dam safety design methodologies and regulations
**Estimated Salary Range:** $140,000 - $170,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
