Job Title: Senior Project Coordinator

Location: Denver, CO

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year

Terra Recruitment Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Coordinator to manage multiple small projects concurrently. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in the construction industry, particularly in multifamily maintenance, construction, facilities maintenance, grounds, minor plumbing, painting, drywall, carpentry, and gutters.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage large projects efficiently to achieve project goals.
  • Oversee budgeting and take-offs for projects.
  • Coordinate staging, mobilization, and scheduling for projects.
  • Communicate effectively with subcontractors and staff to ensure project completion.
  • Complete progress and final billing for submission to accounting.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in estimating, maintenance, and/or project management.
  • Strong budgeting and take-off capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and email communication skills.
  • Positive attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
