We are seeking a highly skilled Land Surveying Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex geospatial projects.

**Job Summary:**

This is a leadership role that requires strong problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and excellent communication abilities. You will be responsible for mentoring junior staff members, leading project teams, and ensuring timely completion of projects within budget.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of survey crews, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
  • Lead project teams to deliver high-quality results, on-time and within budget
  • Mentor and train junior staff members to develop their skills and expertise
  • Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and deliver tailored solutions

**Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in land surveying, preferably in a leadership role
  • Strong understanding of geospatial technologies, including GPS, GIS, and CAD software
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
