Job Overview

The Larson Design Group is seeking a highly skilled Survey Technician to join our team. As a survey technician, you will be responsible for assisting the Survey Party Chief with collecting field data and information needed for survey maps and CAD documents.

In this role, you will use various surveying instruments to collect data, take direction from the Survey Party Chief for daily tasks, and assist in construction layouts by coordinating data and setting stakes.

You will also maintain equipment, initiate repairs as needed, and report any equipment issues to the Survey Party Chief. Additionally, you will recommend new ideas and approaches to promote continuous improvement.

This position requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Responsibilities
