Job Title: CNA/Healthcare Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized CNA/Healthcare Coordinator to join our team at Charleston Hospitality Group. As a CNA/Healthcare Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the best possible care for our clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain client and caregiver relationships to provide a seamless care experience
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard new caregivers
  • Develop and implement training programs for caregivers
  • Manage caregiver schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of client care and caregiver performance
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager to achieve business goals and objectives
Requirements:
  • CNA certification required
  • High school graduate or equivalent with two years of business experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
