About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Scheduling Coordinator. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the best possible experience for our clients and caregivers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain client and caregiver relationships to provide a seamless experience
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard new caregivers
  • Develop and implement effective scheduling strategies to meet client needs
  • Monitor and manage telephony systems for documentation completion and payroll responsibilities
  • Perform other office coordination duties, including filing and answering phones
Requirements
  • CNA certification with ability to see clients in the field on occasion
  • High school graduate or equivalent with two years of business experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
