Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers promptly and courteously.
- Gather customer and vehicle details.
- Collect a thorough account of the customer's concerns and needs, providing a detailed report for the service technicians.
- Keep customers informed about necessary repairs, costs, and estimated timelines.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to all clients.
- Complete assigned tasks promptly while maintaining accurate records.
- Track the progress of each vehicle throughout the day and provide regular updates to customers.
- Clarify all completed work and associated charges to customers.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Friendly and outgoing demeanor, especially when addressing customer concerns.
- Familiarity with automotive design and mechanical technology.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent customer service and sales abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both in-person and over the phone.
- Ability to listen attentively and focus on customer needs to enhance dealership and personal sales.
- Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
