Job Summary

Battelle is seeking a talented Radio Frequency (RF) Engineer to join its Electronic Warfare group. This role involves designing and developing complex RF/microwave systems for Communications and Electronic Warfare solutions. The successful candidate will have a strong background in microwave engineering, system design, and analysis.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop RF subsystems and components.
  • Analyze and interpret complex data to identify innovative solutions.
  • Present technical reports and presentations to clients, both formal and informal.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (EE) or related field + 10 years of experience
  • Master's degree in EE or related field + 8 years of experience
  • PhD in EE or related field + 5 years of experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with 3GPP 5GNR and O-RAN system design, integration, and test.
  • Experience with VITA-49 system design, integration, and test.
  • Familiarity with mobile cellular network equipment, deployment, and industry practices.
Estimated Salary Range

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
